Plastic granulation production line PVC/WPC hot-die cutting pelletzing machine
Application:
PVC granulation production line has different screw design and can be applied to granulation processing equipment for recycling of rigid PVC, soft PVC and PVC waste materials. In the production process, the hot-cutting granulator has the characteristics of non-stop hydraulic (manual) screen change, strong wind blowing, adjustable stainless steel hopper, and long-term high-speed extrusion stability.

PVC granulation line advantage:
A1: PVC granulation production line is made of special PVC recycling conical twin-screw extruder. The low-shear, high-mixing screw form ensures efficient and stable operation of granulation production. It adopts automatic temperature control, vacuum exhaust, screw core oil cooling, and barrel cooling with air cooling and oil cooling. The main motor and the feeding motor can respectively adopt an AC variable frequency speed control system or a DC speed control system.
A2: PVC granulation production line head of the PVC granulation production line is finished with high-quality die steel material and hard-hardened for durability. A well-distributed material flow path ensures uniform and efficient extrusion of pellets without affecting each other.
A3: PVC granulation line cooling unit uses a unique 3D cooling system to achieve better cooling. The powerful fan combined with the new cooling system ensures the quality and efficiency of the pellets.
A4: PVC granulation production line of the PVC granulation line adopts a precision cutter to ensure that the cut surface is smooth and smooth. Frequency control, more suitable for the requirements of different granulation process speed.
