BS-800 model single shaft shredder machine for PE/PEX pipe hard material
Application:
Single shaft plastic shredder is mainly used in all kinds of hollow or solid plastic material. The shredder machine is suitable to PE, PP, PET, ABS, PVC and plastic container and barrel, plastic film, plastic pipe, fiber and paper which the normal crusher can not handle.The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.

A1. Low dust, low noise and easy to operate.
A2. This machine is suitable to treat the big size of plastic product, such as headpiece material, thick-walled large diameter plastic pipe, film roller, paper, fibre and others.
A3. The blade base and blade on the rotary roller can be disassembly. It is easy to clean and maintenance.
A4. The rotary blade use V shape installation so that the blade can cut material evenly, it can decrease the noise and decrease energy consumption.
A5. Each rotary blade with 4 cutting knife edge, when the rotary blade is wear, it can be rotated to 90 degree, then the blade can continue to use.
A6. Each fixed blade with 2 cutting knife dege, when the fixed blade is wear, it can be rotated to 180 degree, then the blade can continue to use.
A7. The main axis is drive by gearbox, its running very stably, low noise and strong power.
A8. The material push feeding system is hydraulic ways, its running is very stably.
A9. PLC program control system, automatically rotating, shut down, safe and reliable running of the machine. The blade can rotate in opposite direction.
