Product Application:Rubber crusher is mainly used to crush waste rubber products, with a wide range of applications: engineering plastics, fiber reinforced plastics, rubber, soft rubber elastomers, films, etc., into small pieces or powder for easy recycling.
Rubber crusher is mainly composed of the following parts:
A1. Feed port: used to put the rubber material to be crushed into the machine.
A2. Crushing chamber: It is the main working area for rubber crushing, with rotating blades or hammers inside.
A3. Blade or hammer: used to cut or hit rubber materials to achieve crushing effect.
A4. Discharge port: The crushed rubber material is discharged through this port.
A5. Transmission system: including motor and transmission shaft, used to drive the blade or hammer to rotate.
